COMPLAINTS/REFUNDS

 

 

•Any complaints or refund requests must be directed to the manager (contact details on this page), and these will be dealt with according to E-Commerce law, within an adequate period (Set at 14x working days maximum).

 

•Any refunds will include costs for postage. Please send proof of purchase, and cost of postage with the returned item

.

•Any goods/services purchased/provided from this company will be exactly how the company describes them. If goods arrive not ‘Fit for purpose’ or do not ‘Satisfy’ the quality expected by the customer (under the Sale of Goods Act) then the buyer will have the right for a full refund or replacement. (Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations)

 

•Refunds will be reimbursed ASAP and within 30xdays.
